Jerome “Jerry” David Midanek, 78. Lost his battle with cancer and heart disease on April 29, 2017. Preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Charlotte Midanek. Loving father of Lisa Midanek-Smith, Stacy(Pete) Walsh, Kym Midanek, Samuel(Courtney) Midanek, Stephanie(Jason) McAdam, Amy(Jeremy) Bartusch. Adoring Grandfather “Pops” of Jamie, Ryan, Evan, Cole, Joshua, Tegan, Caden, Emery, Spencer, Olivia and Jaina. Forever best friend to Sharon Midanek. Cherished brother to Susan Coveny and the late Maureen Miller. Also leaves behind several wonderful nieces, nephews and long time friends.
